I've Seen a Miracle!!
Yep, forget water to wine, walking on water, and driving the snakes from Ireland. A true, dyed-in-the-wool miracle. British Telecom has now installed my phone line.....Wow. And the true miracle of modern customer service: it was only 2 weeks late and required only 11 phone calls to complain. Made Telus look like they move at Lightspeed.

When talking about the pace of services in Britian reminds me of a line from "The Holy Grail"........
"I warned ya! I warned ya! but oh no ya wouldn't listen!" This was Wes' constant complaint about getting things done in UK...snails can move faster than that!!
